will contact you to pin down the details
of your requirements and provide you with
a quote
and details of our work.
2. Once
you have approved of the quote and returned
the sign agreement form along with a 50%
good faith deposit, we will then arrange
a suitable time with you for us to visit
the establishment and capture the virtual
tours, it will take about 1 hour
to shoot the photographs of the premises.
3. Depending
on the size of the project and client requirements,
the virtual tours, using one of our brochure,
will be ready within 1 week.
4. We
can personalise your own brochure to incorporate
your corporate colour and logo or
if you wish you can use one of our standard
brochure where we can incorporate your corporate
colour
and logo.
5. No
website, no problem! We can create a website
for you. Please allow 2 weeks for us to
create your website for up to 5 pages. For
more than 5 pages, a suitable time scale can be arranged.
6. We
stay in constant contact with you on the
progress of the work.
7. The
finished brochure will be supplied via e-mail
and can be viewed on the internet through
our website.
8. You
then pay us the remaining 50% and we send
you a copy of the brochure on CD-ROM by
post. The file is ready to be inserted or
downloaded to your web server.
9. If it's
easier, you have an option for us to host
your VTour, the VTour will be e-mailed to you in the form of a URL link, to the location of the VTour on our server. Simply insert the link into your own website where you wish the VTour to appear. The VTour can also be sent out to prospective customers in an e-mail by including the URL link. When they 'click' on the link, the VTour will appear on their screen.
