Sunny Florida Villa is located at exclusive Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club near Disney and major Theme Parks.

Our villa is air conditioned throughout. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, TV and telephone and overlooks the pool. Bedroom two has a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms has ample storage space.

The lounge is very spacious, with two very comfortable sofas, telephone, 31" cable TV and surround sound DVD for your family's entertainment. The dining area overlooks the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all you need for eating in. Iron and ironing board are also provided. The washing machine and the dryer are located in the garage to provide minimum disturbance during your stay.

Enjoy your very own private heated pool where you can have a dip after a long day in the park, or better still just relax at the patio and enjoy the splendid and relaxing view of the fairway, as there is no wall, or villa to obstruct your view.

At the entrance of this gated community, you have a 24hr Wal-Mart, bank,restaurants, gas station and a Blockbuster store, all of these are within walking distance from the villa.
