Our villa is a perfect place for you to stay if you are a golf enthusiasts, not only you are staying in a fabulous villa, but also the golf course is just outside your door. Not jus any golf course, Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is an award winning PGA golf course designed by Steve Smyers, the design include some dramatic hillside layout, rolling terrain, steep elevation changes and large, fast, undulating greens and expansive fairways flanked by more than 170 bunkers of varying size and shape certainly present a challenge.

Our villa is centrally located between Disney, Universal Studio and other major theme parks in the North and Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens in the South, so you have a reasonable driving distance for all the theme parks in Florida.

Beaches are also very accessile from our villa. You can have a break from the theme parks by going to the beaches in Cocoa, Daytona, St. Augustine located on the east coast or try the beautiful beaches like  Clearwater on the Gulf coast, either way you have just about an hour to an hour and half drive to all nearest beaches.
